How can you inspire others by sharing your story? What nugget of inspiration would you want someone to take away from your story?
In today’s episode, I’m speaking with Stephanie James. I was struck by how she found her voice and decided to use it to inspire others by simply sharing her own experiences.
Stephanie Michelle James, also known as “Just A Vessel,” is a poet, vocalist, and speaker. She is a Digital Nomad who has traveled to 38 states and 38 countries. She spends 1-2 months in each country sharing her gifts around the world. Her ultimate goal is to continue encouraging her peers to step outside of their comfort zones and embrace the beauty in the differences and similarities that we all share. Her mantra is “If I inspire you, you are my inspiration.”

Welcome to season 2 of the Push or Pivot podcast!
Wow! I can’t believe I wrapped up season 1 of the podcast with 57 episodes under my belt. This journey has been amazing. I interviewed some amazing people who weren’t afraid of telling their story and inspiring others along the way. We talked about their crossroads. You know those moments in life where you have to make a choice. Are you going to continue going the way you've been? Or are you going to stop, reassess, and pivot?
Thank you to everyone who came on the podcast, talked about how they became the person that they are today, how they went through amazing challenges, and realized that all they had to do was trust in their intuition and that they could see their way through. I'm so thankful for all the people that came on, we met so many incredible people with so many incredible stories.
If you’ve been listening to this podcast from episode one, then you’ll know I haven’t really shared my background, my story, or my push or pivot moments. You may have learned a few things about me from some of the interviews but you haven’t heard my journey into becoming an entrepreneur, a life coach, a podcaster.
In this episode, I’m sharing:
- How I became a Life Coach
- The moment where I had to trust my intuition and make a tough decision
- What happened when I took the leap and left my career in the medical field
- My journey to creating this podcast
